★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very disappointed to find it closed at 2 pm on Sunday - would have thought over the Christmas period they would have remained open until at least 5 pm - most shops benefit from the extra revenue!! Great shop though - had a large shopping list but both Fagans and myself missed out!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fabulous store. A must visit if visiting Whitianga. Outstanding service making sure a Xmas pressie which had been on order since September was delivered to our beach house in time for Xmas. AND with a gold bow.
Thanks Team Fagan. It was very much appreciated.... especially as we live out of town.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My husband and I were in Whitianga last week for a short break, I had wanted to go into Fagan's to purchase some handwash which I had got on our last visit to Whitianga earlier in the year. I was also going to get some candles and other things as presents. Unfortunately I was not allowed to enter the shop as I have a mask exemption because of health reasons, I wear it on a lanyard around my neck. I also have my vaccine pass but that still doesn't help. Fagan's is the only shop I have been forbidden to enter since I received my exemption last August, we come from the Bay of Plenty and I wear it daily.
I have also visited places in the Waikato with no issues. I can even go to my local doctors with my exemption.
It is very disappointing that those with exemptions are being discriminated against! Come on Fagan's treat us all with respect!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Found what I was looking for, pricey of course, but the service was lacking. Disinterested and almost grumpy making me feel like a nuisance for wanting to spend money! And when the item was delivered (great guys on the truck), I could not believe that no effort had been made to clean the thick layer of dust!! Appalling!
