Many of our villa retirement homes feature large north-facing covered patio areas, leading to landscaped gardens, as well as an internal garage and extra parking at the front for visitors.
With four designs to choose from, the Augusta Palmer, Pinehurst, and Sarazan options are all designed for easy living and offer a high level of support and comfort for residents. All are within short walking distance of the lodge.
Fully refurbished to a high standard with a new kitchen and bathroom, plus heat pump and double glazing, these villas offer seniors open-plan lounge/dining and 2 full double bedrooms. Without a doubt, these striking retirement options offer excellent independent living and a perfect place to call home!
Besides the convenience of internal garaging and visitor parking, each villa also comes with established landscaped gardens. Full of birdsong, these delightful villas will not disappoint.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ About to move into this village. So far staff realy friendly and knowledgeable. Residents I've met also very welcoming. My Villa has been totally renovated and just can't wait to settle in and try the huge swimming pool and other activities. Watch this space! August 2020. Been in my Villa 9 months now but find mine missed out on having double glazing in windows when it was renovated before I moved in! Would have to organize and pay myself. Bedroom faces south and no sun so cold. Occupation fees are fixed so that's the good news and lovely neighbours. Restaurant food delicious and can have delivered for $2. Reception Staff also very pleasant and helpful.
