★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff at Aria Albany are friendly and help full, and have been great with the care they have given to my aunty, they always phone me to keep me updated with her care or any changes in her health. The staff talk to my aunt even though she can not reply.
The rooms are always clean and tidy I wish we had know about Aria sooner as the previous two rest homes my aunty had been in were terrible. I have also recommend Aria to others.
Keep up the good work.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My mum stayed at Aria Gardens recently as a respite patient and I am so pleased she had a wonderful experience. This is such a relief for me, because I know in the future when I am unable to manage looking after mum any longer, she will be happy to go back to Aria Gardens. Thank you to all the staff for the care.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible experience. Sent my 80 year old mother here for care after breaking her leg and the care is terrible, the staff do their best but they are way understaffed. She waits up to an hour for her bell to be answered, and it is a health and safety nightmare. We will be taking my mother out as soon as possible and I wouldn't put my dog in these conditions. Avoid if you love your parents and want good care for them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My dad was only in the hospital section for a short time as he had cancer. The nursing staff were absolutely amazing. So caring and genuine. They helped my dad in his last month of life. They filled us in on everything that was happening. They cared so much and it showed in their work. Although Aria Gardens is slightly older and not a modern facility the care goes above and beyond in looking after their patients.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is all very well to find a place for your loved one to live , that in itself is an achievement . To find a place where the people who look after them , love and respect them as much as you could ever dream of is another . Dementia is a challenge and my beautiful Mum is a handful . The staff at Aria give me and my sisters total confidence and a peace that she will live out her life in the best way possible and in a way that we could never provide ourselves . It's an ongoing experience and we are amazed at the patience and care provided every day . We are grateful .
