β β β β β These guys are absolutely fantastic. I had accidentally put too much oil in my car engine and went over to Ford to see if they could drain it. After having a look, they were able to drain it for me despite them being so busy and they didn't even charge me for it! I was blown away by their kindess and I will most certainly return to these guys in the future to get my car serviced or WOF'd.

β β β β β A warning light appeared on dashboard on a road trip. Thankfully the service department were more than willing to assist even though it was a busy Friday afternoon for them. From the warm greeting by the lovely receptionist to the most obliging mechanic ever he had it sorted in a flash.
With peace of mind I could continue my long drive home care free without stressing. So very grateful.

β β β β β I was a driving from Auckland to Tauranga on Friday and a light came on regarding my tyre pressure, I pulled into Fairview Matamata and the team there spent a long time sorting the issue out. Thank goodness it wasn't anything serious . I just want to say how great the staff were and so helpful and just a nice bunch of people to help me out , so a big shout out to all the staff there , it was very much appreciated for all the trouble you went to to sort my CX5 out. A great reflection for Mazda, and the professional service they always provide.

β β β β β Ooooohhh. One needs to be aware, some staff members have certain perspectives on the customers who pay their wages.
Especially when the customer has a dash cam running in his truck while said staff member takes a test run chatting to himself.
