★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Busy little place. You'll need a booking a cpl weeks out. Entrance is around the cnr off another street. Pretty fast at the inspection but not great at listening so be firm if you are communicaying something to the mechanics. Friendly reception and service staff just a tad too rushed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the few VTNZ places that require you to book first even though there were no other cars waiting. Guy on the counter was rude (wouldn't say hello just said you have to book). I don't even know why we would go there as the waiting list is apparently 3 weeks long and they charge $20 more per WOF than several places in Hamilton and other surrounding areas. We wouldn't recommend them to anyone who wants a fair deal.
