★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfortunately I won't be going to Fairweather anytime soon. Service was average, it took too long for drinks orders and was going to see where they were, it took so long for them to come.
The best part of the meal for me was the garlic bread.
One of our friends ordered steak, medium, I swear when it came it was still mooing!
I had the cabonara which was nearly swimming in oil.
Worse was to come, dessert! I'm sorry we only have donut and ice cream. One waitress said it was because they were changing menu's and another waitress said they had a busy lunch time sitting. Get your stories straight, be on the same page at least.
Hence we went across the road to a lovely dessert.

Drinks ordered with NO ice, arrived with ice!
Meals ordered waited maybe 15 minutes for meals to arrive. 1 meal missing!
When the last meal finally arrived the rest of us were nearly finished our meals.
Don't think I'll be back here again, which is a shame because it used to be a really nice place.
1 star only because I can't give minus.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Food was ok. Undercooked my steak. If I wanted it raw I would have asked for it like that. Don’t get me started on the customer service. Once you had your meal they forgot you. No follow up. Cost them drinks and more food. I definitely will not be back.

10 of us & didn't have to wait long at all for our meals to come out, couldn't believe it!
We had a young one & just as she said she was hungry our meals were there.
Friendly customer service, birthday boy got a free orange drink he was over the moon. The small things....
Will be going back!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had the most delicious meals here which were reasonably priced and well presented.
We had the Twice cooked lamb shoulder and Vietnamese Salad with Prawns.
The staff were also very helpful and attentive considering they were short staffed and quite busy managing bar and restaurant.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place to chill and dine in. I ordered mixed grill which was not bad but i was a bit slightly disappointed that they did not offer any sauce to the grill. Just plain grill meat with basic seasoning. The other that i ordered which shared with my friend were seafood chowder with garlic bread and ribeye steak with mushroom sauce. Now both of those were way delicious than the mixed grill and the garlic bread really was surprisingly good. That is my recommendation, garlic bread and the ribeye steak.
