I attended my aunts funeral, the outside of the facility is just messy, Mr Faithfull was all over the place- seemed as though he hadn’t had enough time to prepare the service, and looked shabby, his jacket didn’t match his trousers and shoes were dirty. Just seemed to not care at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please take the low review maker Jennifer Cunningham and Carla Jobsis as suspicious intentions. I personally know the director Mr. Brenton Faithfull well and it is the fact that almost all of the clients are from the local Hibiscus Coast community. There is not a customer named Jennifer Cunningham or Carla Jobsis, and these two reviews were the only ones they had ever made. The posts didn't make any object claim about what part of the service is disappointing or unsatisfying them, however they created hurt to this funeral service, lowered the overall rating number, which is unfair and a disgusting abuse of the technology.
Mr. Faithfull is a well respected person in this community. His business has been providing professional and caring experience to the local people. While this is a human business where respect should be given to those are to be memorized and others that are to keep enthusiasm toward life, the Google review should not become a battle field to mislead people.
Besides the funeral service, he offers generous help and leadership to the local business development. I encourage everyone considering a good funeral service when necessary make a call or pay an onsite visit to make your own wise decision based on the facts.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Brenton was amazing in arranging my dads (Bernie Cooper's) funeral he was very helpful and supportive not only to myself but the rest of the family and was very empathetic and caring, in such a terrible time he made the day the most amazing send off for my dad I could have asked for and went the extra mile. He also told some amazing stories of dad I hadn't heard before which was very warming on such a sad day. My biggest thanks to Brenton and his team for making this day so special and ensuring my dad got the best send off that he deserved. I would highly recommend Faithfull Funeral services to anyone, thank you again
