The passing of a loved one is a stressful and difficult time but Ryan made this difficult time in our lives just that little bit easier with his professionalism, carrying out exactly what we wanted for our Dad. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Windsor Funerals was recommended to us by a close friend and we really appreciated Hazel's warm and gentle manner as well as her availability and proactive approach. Even though the funeral was not in English, nothing was a problem. Hazel went alongside our arrangements and helped in every possible way, including organizing everything for my grandmother's ashes to be sent to my her homeland according to her wishes. We can highly recommend the company to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On behalf of my family I would love to HIGHLY recommend Windsor Funerals !! They were SO kind, caring, loving, compassionate, accommodating and available 24/7 !!!
Funeral Director Ryan came to our fathers Rest Home within only a few hours the night our father past away. Which we thought was AMAZING especially as they know NOTHING about our father being sick prior to our call !!
Then when we had to start making all the arrangements - Funeral Director Hazel listened, gave us ideas, advice and made everything SO much easier and less stressful for my sister and myself at this VERY difficult time !!
And because Windsor Funerals were SO loving and caring and VERY professional, we had a very lovely and special funeral for our 'wonderful' father :)
We can't speak highly enough of them and would recommend their fantastic services to ANYONE !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We first met Hazel from Windsor Funerals a year or two before my wife passed away when we asked her to call to discuss possible future funeral arrangements. What a delightful lady and so natural to talk to. It was like chatting with a long time friend rather than someone you had met for the first time. We were not expecting to call on her services so soon, but when the unexpected happened, we, as a family, were very pleased we had asked Hazel to make the arrangements. She was so professional but also so empathetic. She made a very difficult task for us that much easier than we might have imagined and the funeral service ran very smoothly. She was also a great help with the necessary paperwork etc afterwards. We could not have chosen a better funeral director. Thank you very much Hazel.

Hazel provided compassionate & exemplary service honouring our Maori Tikanga protocols. She worked tirelessly to ensure mom would be transported home for burial & kept in constant contact with our family. Hazel is caring, proactive, an amazing advocate for families & went far beyond what is normally provided to look after our mom & our family. Thank you Hazel and team. I highly recommend this business. Far exceeded our expectations. Our hearts are at peace.
