★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Usually they are amazing BUT when you make an appt and work full time and you're broke coz it's christmas time and can't take time off work, and the only time you can come in is on your lunch break and no one tells you on the phone that family planning clinic Lower Hutt has moved to another location when you make the appt over the phone. I'm going up and down the elevator like an idiot looking for the place you've been going to for years wasting your lunch break and gas and missing your appt. Thanks FP Customer service!!
