★ ★ ★ ★ ★ i am very disappointed with the service, the first smile I received was after I payed my 80$ appointment. Moreover, I came to FP with a 2 years visa and was told I might fit in the criteria and should just bring in the proof, and as I brought in the proof the second time i was told i dont fit in the criteria. honestly all of this would've been a lot easier to understand if they would have actually had a can do attitude and taken their time to listen to me. the reception work is really a massive downside in this institution. the only reason for the one star is the doctor herself, shes nice and friendly

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Will never go back here. The whole appointment felt rushed and as though the lady wanted to just get me out the door as quick as I came in. All I came in for was a check up and just a question about something I had noticed on my body and I ended up being mis-diagnosed with a disease and it wasn’t until I went to another doctor about 3 days later after having a horrible reaction to the medication given to me I was then told that I did not have anything wrong with me and I was in fact healthy and normal. This other doctor sent me to a specialist just so I could get a piece of mind and they too also confirmed nothing was wrong for me. I went through two weeks of recovery after that horrible reaction I had to the medication given to me and it was all for nothing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ went to this place to have a simple procedure done and my arm got infected it got so bad had to go to the hospital and have emergency surgery i understand there’s always a risk of infection but the surgeons said that it was the nurse who did the procedure was the one whom got it infected.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ horrible experience my girl friend went here to get contraption pill she had been here before and there was no problems. but today she came home in tears because the receptionist tolled her she needed a translator even though she can speck English and when she told her she doesn't need a translator the receptionist laughed at her making her feel horrible and tolled her she couldn't have an appointment if she did not bring someone to translate. despite this being a follow up appointment and she understood the doctor the fist time
horrible receptionist needs to be fired she cant talk to anyone else like that. horrible people skills.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had an appointment today for an IUD insertion and was a little nervous about the procedure. Also wasn't sure how I would feel having a male doctor. To my surprise my experience was great, the doctor was so polite and calming. The female nurse offered to hold my hand during the procedure and I felt safe and looked after. Thank you so much for creating a safe space for me, I couldn't be happier with the service I got.
