★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went in to have Jadelle (the rods) implanted into my arm. I was super nervous but both the receptionist and the nurse were wonderful! Can't praise the nurse enough! I didn't feel a thing, and she was so kind and friendly! Thank you!

I sought your services due to a particularly painful experience so was barely holding it together. I was wearing clearly a mask exemption card and yet I was treated like an inconvenient biohazard by her, made me feel incredibly unwelcome and like another annoyance to process.
Are you funded by the MoH guys? Because you definitely have that attitude.
2 stars instead of one because I have had wonderful service in the past. Bitterly disappointed with how I was treated today, I’ll see if I can get help somewhere else rather than go back here.
