β β β β β Went in to renew my driver's license today. Staff were efficient and courteous, will all customers. Plus they did not make a single mistake with my name! (I don't go by my first forename, so the mistake is the norm rather than the exception). It was surprisingly busy (there were more customers than there were seats in the waiting room, but the staff seemed up to the task.

β β β β β I am the director of Play-Led Places Ltd and I came up from Auckland for 2 days this week to deliver some PD at the Far North REAP Centre. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. I was looked after well and felt comfortable throughout my stay. I was booked into a lovely accomandation not to far from the centre so it was easy to get there and back etc. The lunch and food provided during my staff was amazing. Far North REAP also provide feedback forms which I find very helpful for my workshops.
