★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They need to hire staff with farming experience and definitely needs product knowledge training, most of the time they are reading straight from the back of the product/bag out to you -which shows a lack of competence and knowledge. I have been misled and bought the wrong products several times. Overall friendly staff members but do your own research (on products) before you go in.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had been going here for over 10 years, but we will not be going back. I was refused help with a repeat order unless I opened an account. When I said I couldn't open the account and asked how else I might be able to order again they said (and not very nicely) you could open an account and we don't know. Never been spoken to so rudely before by both a staff member and a manager. Great way to burn bridges between your company and your long standing customers. If you aren't going to help a customer with something you used to help with then you could at least try and point them in the right direction instead of just being rude. I was both surprised and sad to receive this treatment.
