★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cross Country advertises Equipment for the lifestyle block / contractor users / well its all Chinese rubbish with little or no back up and they are very happy to dismiss the fact when you need back up parts that its a discontinued item and they will not bother even try to help with parts, I have a small Gardening Business in Wellington and we will not deal with them again, as for your comment below well that just shows how out of touch you are I set up my business buying several hundred dollars with of equipment from you, which is why I rang you for parts, in fact all of the equipment I have brought from you has now failed, TurfMate Chinese crap, so maybe another trip to China for you, sounds like you need to make more friends, and your a lair which bodes bad for your business.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purchased 2x air compressors. Had them delivered to Christchurch without hassle. They must have tested them prior to sending as they were full of compressed air (weren't drained), but not a big issue. Went to get these complied for the workshop, and couldn't pass compliancing - the electrical plug pins aren't insulated (breaching electrical standards ASNZ 3112). There was no internal guard either, meaning that a hand or tools could get jammed, serious safety breach. These are just medium grade Chinese air compressors that aren't legal in NZ to resell. Careful with after-sales service with these guys, fobbed off with excuses, 'waiting for the workshop guys to get back', 'the boss is out, he'll be back tomorrow'. Not impressed at the after sale service...
