I bought Hilfiger watch about one year ago and now I got my glass crack due to fall down on ground and I went to ask about the quotation over there. There is one lady name char i have been served by her and she said I can't tell you the repair cost right now , she said I have to send your watch to service center for asking quote and that will not charge you any cost and you can decide , you want to repair or not. After couple of days I got text from her, writing that your watch is back from service center and all good to collect and also they have charged $30 for service . I went there and asked how they can charge me , she said I apologize for not informing you before you handed your watch. She said you have to pay otherwise , you will not get your watch back.
Unhappily, I had to pay $30. I reckon this is just unfair with me. I will never go back to farmers. Very bad customer service at goldmark.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Used a gift card there and they asked me if I wanted to sign up to there club at the same time. Gave me the club card but not my gift card back (the cards look the same which I didn't realise). Went to use my gift card again which still had $30 on it and it was a club card. Denied all liability and said there was nothing they could do. Never shopping there again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A bargain to be had every day. Altho recently was after Denim Republic Jeans & was difficult getting my size & style. IF its possible to get other sizes & styles from another store, I feel the staff should be telling customers that. I nearly didn't buy anything due to that.
