★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went into Ballentynes New Plymouth today 7/5/21 and was really happy I did. I got wonderful service from Pauline who I felt exceeded expectations. She gave me honest opinions in most cases I agreed in which look good on me and what we could improve on. She gave me lots of choices and nothing was too much trouble. I spent more money than I anticipated but I didn't mind as I walked out the shop feeling like a million dollars. Thank you Pauline for the wonderful shopping experience and I will be back again soon.
