โ โ โ โ โ The elderly lady, Helen, who is on counter has given extremely poor service to me twice now. Not friendly at all and makes me feel extremely unwelcome and uncomfortable. I thought first time she might have just been having a bad day but seems everyday is a bad day for Helen.
