This is my experience of Covid world Fatimas. After arriving to collect my food, I was greeted by a friendly staff member which told me my food would be 2 mins away which is fine (strangely enough I have lots of free time over the next 12 days) 2 minutes passed & I collected my food. Upon opening my order I was greeted by what at first I thought was a extremely generous portion of chipotle mayo (see attached photos) to my surprise/horror what I found was potentially the world's strongest potato kofta. My poor sauce pot has been impaled!. As a man that seems to live on potato i was quite confused on the journey my sauce had been through as the kofta in question wasn't a rock solid as you would expect.
Still enjoyed my meal ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Used to be good. Koftas were under cooked and soggy. Lamb was under cooked and fatty. $90 down the drain. Either try something else in Taka or head to a different Fatimas.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Place my order and told the "manager" that I don't want this and that and to add a different sauce. Got my order and nothing I'd asked for had been taken out/added etc.
I took my order back only to be told that that is what I asked for! I asked the "manager" to look on her system and check my order. Only to get a response of "oh year you did ask that to be taken out and this to be added"
I then got told "ive hada bad day and it is what it is" I requested a refund and was told to write my account number down and she will sort it??? Still waiting!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had the lamb salad, which was nice and fresh. Didn’t like the chicken chawarmas. The bun was too thick and couldn’t have a bite with out the stuffing falling out. Yogurt/sauce was way too tangy. The fried potatoes / tatter tots were good, and came with a nice dip.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Used to be one of my favourite takeaway options, sadly will not be visiting again. Came here three weeks ago during a quiet period and waited an hour for my lamb salad and falafel side. Seriously understaffed and the staff that were working meandered around the kitchen looking uninterested. After watching flies walking all over the food being prepared I decided to leave and ask for a refund, no staff member knew how to conduct a refund so instead wrote my phone number down and said I would be contacted by the manager. Three weeks later have not heard anything and still havent received my money back. Zero stars!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love their food but the service is so bad it’s crazy. They say they’re open at 11, I place an Online order at 1, then got an email saying it would be ready at 4:45 as they weren’t actually open even though it is well within there store hours and there is nothing posted anywhere (you also can’t call to cancel it as they won’t pick up until 4:45 when they’ve already started making it). Arrived at 4:45 to absolutely nothing ready, the lady working looked up at me, then quickly looked back to what she was doing and we stood there in silence for literally 4 whole awkward minutes, once she turned around she then told me it was a 7 minute wait but I walked out my KIDS MEAL at 5:15, 20 additional minutes later…the foods just not worth the risk in my opinion. 27/05/22
