★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wow what a disappointment.... I purchased a takeaway "Super Kebab" with Cheese & a couple of sauces from here on 11/04/2021 - got home only to find out that there was NO cheese and NO sauces in the kebab. What? Yes it is true. This made for a dry and expensive Kebab. I went to their website and complained via their contact form .... 10 working days on and I haven't received an email or a phone call from this place. Very disappointing as I had previously purchased an awesome kebab from here but being new to the Browns Bay area and with other kebab options available locally I'll never return. I would not recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time here. Not great lamb salad, and not great size for large. Meat was gristly. Salad seemed fresh however. Maybe ordered the wrong thing as other people seem to like it, but have had much better Turkish food before

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got a chicken on rice, cost me $18 for pretty much dry rice with chicken, asked for 3 sauces barely got any of them. Small portion. Worst chicken on rice I have gotten so far. Not worth it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 10:10 Seriously the Best Turkish Food available. This shop has been here over 18years, it was fantastic food 18 years ago and still is perfect. When I lived in Browns Bay 18 years ago it was my favorite restaurant. Been away 16years overseas, when back in NZ just had to come and see again, was delighted the food quality is still the same "perfect". Food does not get any better. Wow, ohhh, so good, highly recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolute worst kebab I’ve ever had. Typical Tuesday at 12pm. $17 for falafel on rice. As soon as I pay, he starts putting everything in the microwave. Portions are ridiculously small. I go to eat it and the rice is old and dry, falafel tastes microwaved. Salad tastes old. This guys business runs on his microwave. He could sell all of his kitchen equipment except for the microwave and he would be serving the same quality. Rubbish food topped with watered down sugary sauce.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic customer service. Both the man and woman don’t know how to smile do not know how to talk to people. Why would we enjoy their food if they know how to ruin someone’s day. They had baklava open and we picked it up with tongs ourselves, where we had to hear handful from the man at the counter, there was no sign for us to know that we can’t use tongs ourselves to pick it up. We could see he spoke about us to his wife and they kept on talking in their language. Rude
