★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This company has ZERO consideration for anyone. Every single one of their contractors crank their stereo's so loud that people working from home cant even think straight. The project manager was contacted and doesn't care. Yeah, use Faye homes. Good luck. Only a desperate half witt would use this company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Weve finished contracting to build a house with faye homes in january. Currently we put deposit and waiting for approval for building consents. Faye homes showed good efforts to us but so far its not going perfectly well as we expected. Well we hope we end up completing the house nicely. Once we complete building our house then I will write a very detailed review. If we are satisfied with overall jobs then i will not write anything bad about fayehomes rather focus on good things. But if we end up being disappointed then i will write everything including cons. as welI. I will not exaggerate and only write true facts.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Working with Faye homes was a terrible experience for myself and my fiancé. They led us into a false sense of security that we had ownership of our first home. We paid a fee to secure the property while we worked with Faye homes to personalise our new house plans. Taking advantage of the competitive market, they seemed to stall while we were waiting to go unconditional. Conveniently we were over the agreed period and the deal was pulled. Not long after we found our own personalised plans being used on trademe for another one of their sections.
