The pricing was very competitive and the quality of the finished product was second to none. House was also completed earlier than the scheduled timeframe. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The build process was good but took longer than expected. There were a few problems along the way, but WB dealt with them professionally and practically. We are very happy with the end result: the workmanship is great and the house is warm and comfortable. Robert is very good at finding ways to save you money, while not compromising on quality.
Overall, we would rate the building process at 4 stars and the finished house at 5 stars, so an average of 4.5 stars!
We have no hesitation in recommending Whitehouse Builders to anyone who wants to build a new home, especially one that is energy efficient.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Whitehouse Builders were recommended to me by a work colleague and I decided to use their design and build service to build my new home. The finished result is a lovely warm home which has made maximum use of a small section. I couldn't fault the project management - nothing was a problem. The whole process went very smoothly and the build was completed to a high standard. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again, or recommend to friends. Thanks Robert and Tania.

We completed our house back in 2018, we had some minor disagreements about the temporary fencing, foundation pour and hardfill quoted/supplied. These were disputed on my part but I think this kind of thing should always be expected when constructing a house as oversights occur in any industry. While I'm sure Robert dreaded my calls, he's done right by us.
I think where you guys truly shine is your support after completion in particular Tania's support even as recent as today is outstanding, addressing an issue with the shower. I've spoken with her a few times over the years since completion so I feel it's owed to them to remark on the service they've done after the fact. They've never walked away at all.
I did consider marking this as a 4 star review but it felt wrong to rob them of their average and despite our disputes I'm extremely happy.
