Windows are not as advertised and ignores all efforts of communication. Stole our money many months later no resolution and a lot of money down. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Frank Boecker has lied outright to me and the disputes tribunal. He is the most dishonest person I have ever met. Do not deal with this man or his company.
Communication is non existent, attitude appalling, price on par with similar products. 14 months, 8 hrs of excuses at the disputes tribunal, including requesting a rehearing to go over exactly the same ground, a very trying experience. When Frank finally picked up his unwanted windows he refused to acknowledge me and spoke only in German to his helpers, this was on my property Not the first time this company has been before disputes and lost either, buyer beware!
As for the review below, probably from a friend, there are many very good companies that can and will supply a superior product. As all Frank's windows are imported from Poland and Frank is the point of contact if there are problems this is another reason to be very wary
