But can see wby, everything is so delicious. As a big cheese scone fan, they do one of the Best in the Hutt Valley.
Also love their Ginger Crunch.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great little Cafe that's larger than it looks when combined with outdoor settings and private booths. Fantastic selection of home made slices and meals or a la carte. Great coffee and lovely service and atmosphere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Coffee was nice. Sounded great on the menu but what came out was average. Hash brown was too thick and deep fried in not very nice oil. We had the avocado on toast and added a hash brown.

Went out of their way to seat our party and our little pooch in a sunny outdoor spot, had our mouths watering at the lavish menu and cabinet treats for all diets, and had our meals out in the blink of an eye! It was just what we needed after a weekend camping ♥ Thanks again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really nice food and atmosphere. Looks like the building used to be a church hall. They use hotline blend coffee. We ordered flat white and cappuccino and they were great. Cheese scone and date scone were good but the cheese scone is not as cheesy as the one in tawa(El Porteno). Also ordered full breakfast and bacon benedict. Very nice sausage. Will stop by again next time when in Upperhutt.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Brunch was delicious on Saturday at Fig Tree. The out door area is a little disturbed by the road traffic but the delicious food and sun made up for that.
There is always plenty of choice here for those with dietary needs such as vegetarian, vegan and gluten free.
The lemon and passion fruit slice was just the right mixture of tart and sweet. Plus the gluten free base of the slice was moist and buttery. Perfect!
