★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dont try to ring them as they dont answer there phones as have tried to ring them 2 days in a row at different times and get the same message after paid our loan wont be dealing with company again as bad customer service and dont leave a message as it takes them 3 to 4 days to get back to you unless you are a company thats giving you the loan you can wait upto 3 hours to get someone to talk to it is ridicules

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They were very hard to get a hold of to confirm final amount on account, so that they can charge an extra monthly fee when you close the account.
I paid my loan off in full 4 months ago, then I get an email containing a statement for an account that was closed and paid off in full... there shouldn't be anymore statements or communication for an account that was closed 4 months ago especially when there was an email to confirm that the account had been paid in full and closed...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've used finance now for many HP in In invercargill , no issues with getting money of finance, but its a nightmare to get hold of them.hours and hours on hold.call back is a joke,they are 2 to 3 hours after a call back time is scheduled. I've decided after spending 3 days just for a settlement amount payment then an email confirmation ,NEVER to use them again. Solely on customer service wait times on hold ransfers and call backs. Sort you service line out! Dont invest all your staff of making calls to get loans, and look after those who have taken loans out.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have never had such awful service from a finance company, wouldn't use them again. Initially when I took the loan out I wanted to do it over 2 years but they made me do it over 4. I recently paid it off early and the fees for early payment were horrendous. When I contacted them about the amount to settle the account I was asked multiple questions that were none of their business about why I was paying it early and where I got the money from. They also refused to provide me with anything that officially said the account had been closed (probably because it hasn't as I can still log into it more than a week after I asked them to close it).
