★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to purchase some wallpaper. I took my measurements with me. I was served by a lady. There was no warmth about her. I felt I was below her. I ordered and paid for the wallpaper that she told me what I needed. I came in when she called me. Since I wasn't putting it up for months I knew I had enough. 3mths later I got the wallpaper hangers to put it up. I was surprised to find I had a roll of wallpaper left over. It wasn't cheap wallpaper. It was about $130 a roll. So I went back to return it. The assistant said they do not refund rolls after a certain time. I explain to her that she told me how much I needed and that I took her word for it. Reluctantly she refunded saying well we won't be able to sell that one roll. I did buy another roll of wallpaper for another room and elected thinking. I won't be back again!

We were looking at replacing every curtain in our house with blackout curtains and also a kitchen blind. We stood at the counter waiting for assistance for 10 minutes with our 2 year old not a single acknowledgement, a lady was serving a customer which is fair enough but another male staff member was walking around doing other bits and pieces with paint. Very disappointed as the range was plentiful but we went elsewhere and spent $$$ on what we needed with another company
