I got an amazing massage from Shaye last week, who took the time to warm up the area and then did a deep tissue massage that helped me a lot. I feel so much better now! She even gave me a couple of advices and exercises to do at home. I can’t wait for the next appointment with her next week :)

She worked wonders for our sore feet, calves and shoulders and also gave great tips for local food and activities. I highly recommend a massage from Stef, she was very friendly, professional and great at relieving tension from the sore muscles!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent professional service. Booked a deep tissue massage after 8 days of 100km rides. Stef certainly knew how to focus on my tired muscles. I was able to continue riding and finish the last three (long and tough) days. Thoroughly recommend.
