She ensured all communication was clear between both parties, and made the process feel very genuine and gave us a real sense of excitment about becoming home owners.

As an overseas buyer, communication was extremely important, Pam keep in touch at every stage of the process, from my initial request for information to right through to settlement. Unlike my experience with other agents, Pam never once made me feel like I was wasting her time, nor was she ever curt in dealing with me. She couldn't have been more gracious and accommodating. I wish I was able to purchase more property so I could deal with Pam more often - I cannot recommend her highly enough!

Jamie was very efficient and effective with the way she marketed the sale of my property.
Although apartments are an unknown quantity in New Plymouth she was able to manage a sale for me within a very short period of time, to a non local to boot, so virtual marketing was very effective for me.
I would not hesitate in using Jamie in the future should the occasion arise or recommending her to any prospective vendors or purchasers if you are looking for a brilliant result from a dynamic agent.

Michelle is a very friendly person with great professional skills. In our dealings with her we always felt listened to and she never tried to rush us, or put us off.
