Sales Associate and was told might go to multi offer but there was a deadline set at 1 o'clock on Wednesday. Our offer was in before then and we were told it would be presented on Thursday at 1 then Friday at 6 then again changed till 6 on Thursday. 2 o'clock on the thursday get a text to say gone to multi even tho dead line was 24 hours earlier. Get phone call Thursday to say will be contacted Sunday to be told what was happening . Lunch time Monday after not hearing ant thing I messaged Steven and was told offers were getting presented Tuesday???
The hole ordeal was really disappointing and disorganized. There was a huge lack of communication and In general we felt really mucked around and mislead.
I wouldn't recommend buying or selling a property through them!
