★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do not use this company to manage your property. Their failure to do their job has cost us thousands in insurance excess. They did not perform proper property inspections, denied all liability despite there being photographs and did not take photos of areas of the property we had requested several times. There also ended up being more people in the property than was allowed (we were only informed of this when they wanted to add a cabin to the site). Their incompetence prevented us from being able to make a claim in the Tenancy Tribunal.

Team did great work. They have all the photos and descriptions accurately shown on the website. Viewing was very quick and easy. They also sent me a welcome kit with few household items.
