★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought a new pair of waders from Fish City Hamilton that turned out to be defective and had issues after a few trips. Fish City went into bat for me and sorted it out as fast as they could, and went above and beyond to help me as a customer. Even when the supplier was playing hardball they sorted me with a replacement pair of waders.
Would highly recommend dealing with the folks at Fish City as they always put their customers first.

It would be good if the Shimano Rods had more pictures for reference, as the rod handle on my Backbone was different to my last rod (Same SKU number) from another retailer
