★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I walked in with $3k hoping to buy a new rifle. I had called the day before to organise this as I was driving 2hrs to view it. When I arrived both workers in the firearms section were tied up with customers. After waiting around for 5 minutes another group of customers walked in, the worker then left the customer who he was with to ask the new group if they needed help, to which they said no. He looked at me and without saying anything turned around and walked away. After a 20 minute wait I also realised the customer with the other worker was actually a friend and wasn’t there to buy anything, they were just having a conversation. A real shame after all of this. I left without my product and the store missed out on a good sale.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Customer service was excellent, low supplies for dive gear, store layout was great, store a but untidy, plenty of car parking space, there is a largeand deep pot hole on exiting carpark, be very careful of this.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Walked in with 2k in the pocket, looking to purchase rifle. After about 20 minutes someone came over but went off 5 minutes later to answer a more pressing phone call....never to be seen again. They have good, handy stuff but some areas need attention.
