★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My view of the product for obstructive sleep apnea is very bad.
The Representation of the company in India has been given to highly unprofessional people, who are ill mannered and have less knowledge on the product. Since my purchase of the product on 26th December 2011. I have just been complaining to the distributor , the banglore head office and writing emails at the new zealand office, but nothing concrete has been done. Almost 25 times people have paid visits but are unable to provide the solution.
Higly dissatisfied and would really not recommend the product to any one in need. I as a customer have been breached with trust and i suspect the professionalism of the company.
From providing a second hand machine (when we paid for a new one) to providing us a unhygenic replacement , leaking masks and unattended complaints, we have experienced it all. NOT RECOMMENDED

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good machine.....while it works. The service is terrible and ugly in TAIWAN. F&P's branch in Taiwan claimed 2 year warranty but it does nothing. They refuse to provide any warranty but blame all responsibility to the end users though they cannot prove user's fault. Its branch in Taiwan was registered at a US $20,000 capital which is like 10 pcs of machine sales revenue. Can you believe such a small company is able to sell a machine worth more than us$1800 with 2 year warranty? I have filed appeal to the government. FP in Taiwan charges me more than $500 to replace a motor and a PCBA. I had no idea what would both be broken at once? Poor quality or serous design defect? Yet when they return e the machine, it is still broken......I have to send it back again....Story to be continued. UGLY!!

I'm not sure if Carlie will actually see this review so please pass on our love and appreciation to her for going well above and beyond what's required to satisfy the end customer.
