★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I HAVE FOUND THIS SHOP TO BE VERY VERY SLACK I TRIED TO CONTACT THEM THE OTHER DAY ALL I GOT WAS THE ANSWER MACHINE
BUT THE MESSAGE DIDN'T SAY THAT THEY WERE CLOSED. JUST SAID THAT THEY COULDN'T ANSWER UR CALL
SO I WENT DOWN TO THE MANUKAU BRANCH IN THE MALL AND HERE IS A SIGN TO SAY THAT THEY ARE CLOSED DUE TO THE COLVIT 19 IF THEY HAD SAID THAT ON THE MESSAGE IT WOULD HAVE SAVED ME A LOT OF MUCKING AROUND

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good carryover data and well priced plans. I never have issues with this company apart from the wait times for the call centre. But at least I haven't talked to anyone overseas yet, and had to deal with accents as well

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They have been great all the time.but i tried reaching them 3 times in a day but no customer care staff was available to talk and there was an event happening somewhere! That was a lame reason, they could have managed more staff for an event ,what if someone has urgent need request? Not happy with companies that go well with their customer service in their earlier years and after success they forget about their customers.
