★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kendra and Jayden are a lovely couple who run Avondale Bootcamps at Riversdale park which I've attended over the last few months. Kendas a great PT always leave her sessions sweating and feel great starting the day full of energy. Jayden is more relaxed but so friendly and encouraging especially for beginner level into fitness. Thanks guys you helped me get fitter over the past few months.

I am definitely seeing results physically but the true reward is the improvement in my quality of life.. I just feel amazing. It's essential for both mind and body to maintain that balance. It's a must try!
