★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A very nice shop , nicely decorated. But the shop keeper is really rude. She is extremely nice to the previous customer, and very rude to us, just because we are asians?! We have chosen a very nice notebook and want to know if she has got a new one, then I've got the worst shopping experience for my first trip to New Zealand!! No eye contact, long face, just tell us no without bothering why we would like a new one.
I could never imagine such a bad experience at a famous tourist area and in such an elegant stationery shop!! She's definitely bringing shame to all other friendly New Zealand people!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've shopped here several times in person and online. The store is such a treat to visit for stationery lovers! It is so beautifully and temptingly arranged that one circuit is simply not enough. Kim is a lovely and enthusiastic person and has a great knowledge of the products in her shop. Every purchase is thoughtfully wrapped; my last order contained a little complimentary 'send a letter, get a letter pack' which I was absolutely delighted with, and have recently used-such a great idea for us snail mailers! My online orders have arrived beautifully packaged and in record time, always with a sweet thank you note. I love this shop and look forward to many more visits in the future.

If those incredibly merchandised windows do not tempt you to go inside and spend serious cash the quality and style of the assortment inside the store will definitely force you to make a purchase.
Where were retailers like this when we still enjoyed the art of sending and receiving mail ? Before everything changed to the hideous state of affairs we all accept today?
Jump on the ferry and go; now!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great customer service! I have a hopped multiple times online with this store. Kim has been happy to answer questions via email before purchasing and had great communication throughout the whole transaction.
Over Christmas Kim was having a well deserved break however apologised for this and included a TN brass charm in my order as something extra. So pleased with everything I ordered and it was all well priced.
Packaging is as alway beautiful and well presented. Shipping is fast and delivers usually the following working day.
Highly highly recommend this shop to anyone wanting quality stationary, fountain pens and inks.

I cannot emphasise enough how good the customer service is either - delivery orders are treated to packaging that makes me feel like I've just received a most exciting gift, and if in the unlikely event you need after sales assistance, Kim is there to provide the best in NZ.
This review may seem superlative, but I cannot rave enough about how happy I am with my purchase or how kind, professional and reassuring after sales assistance has been - I'd give 10 stars if I could, and highly recommend you treat yourself to a shopping experience here too!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you love stationary this is a shop for you. Beautifully presented, you can enjoy this beautiful shop at your leisure. Just opposite the ferry terminal or the 180 minute parking it is easy to visit, plus you will get to meet Chester if you like dogs (he is contained if you do not like dogs). Dogs on leads were also welcomed into the store.
