Food quality is rapidly declining, staff are becoming more and more rude.
I was left waiting near 5 minutes standing at the counter waiting to pay for a sandwich.
I was even asked if I needed help, I said yes I do, I need to pay for this sandwich, the guy then walked off and yelled out if there was anyone to serve, completely ignoring the fact he had just asked if I needed help and I said yes.
You're better off buying an Irvine Pie from a local dairy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just went to get things for lunch. I chose a bacon and egg and vegetables pie. The slice I got was almost too big for me and I am quite greedy. I also ordered chocolate eclairs which are also huge. We bought chicken salad, and raw fruit salad, with savouries and chocolate cream rolls for the kids, as well as cold drinks. The guy who served us was very friendly and helpful, even slicing some things for us. The premises are tidy and clean.
The food was good and showed us why Fitzies has such a great reputation locally.
Hungry, and don't want to sit in a restaurant and pay high prices? You can even eat on site at their cafe, or take home, or set up a picnic. Well worth a visit, or several, but check out the size of the portions as well as the size of your hunger and your stomach before buying.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Popped in yesterday for a lamington for my mum. They only had cream filled lamingtons at the time,but the young lad who served me, offered to remove the cream which was greatly appreciated. Customer service excellent, many thanks
