My iPhone wasn't charging so I brought it in to get fixed. Staff were very friendly and fixed my phone in 5 minutes! Great service and great value for money, I highly recommend this place for your tech issues!

BAD STORE BEWARE Absolutely the worst service I have ever experienced. Attempted to make a illegal charge in violation of the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act. I had to call government workers to meditate the dispute, as the manager seemed to have little care for legalities. Had two devices fixed, both were fixed properly. However on my Iphone I had to give it to them twice as they forgot to do some repairs the first time. They charged me extra for labour for their mistake. Second I had to get my computer fixed. I gave it to them, they claimed to fix it and I paid. However when I got home, I checked the computer and found out it had in fact not been repaired. I took it back to the store and they agreed to send my computer to the manufacturer. However for 2 weeks the store did nothing. They later told they did nothing because they needed my computer receipt to act. However they never emailed or called to inform me of this. When my girlfriend later called to check up the store manager was rude and abrasive and yelled at my girlfriend on the pone until she hung up and cried. When the computer finally arrived, I went back to Wanaka to claim it. The store charged me rightfully for the Courier fee. However they also made an ILLEGAL charge for labour when I had already paid for labour and the store failed at the original repair. This is 100% illegal under the New Zealand Consumer Protection Act. Upon seeing this I called the store manager who again was very rude. And despite me showing him the Law he argued with me for 30 minutes, He yelled at me and he kept refusing to refund. Throughout the argument the manager was threatening to raise the illegal fee I had to pay up to $400, which is needless to say is highly unethical and possibly was on the border of extortion. Eventually I came to the solution of getting the manger on the phone with a government representative from the Bureau of Consumer Protection in Wellington. The manger told the government agent numerous false statements about his conduct in my opinion. But still the government representative promptly informed the manager that the illegal charge he was attempting to force me to pay was in fact illegal. To the mangers credit, he did then drop the illegal labour charge. However he then promptly informed me that I was banned from his store and should never return. If you have ANY other option for tech repair, I would highly advise you to use them over this store. The manager rudely and unapologetically tried to make an illegal charge. The workers also made numerous mistakes and charged me for them throughout the entire time. On top of that, this simply was the most rude customer service I have ever experienced. In my opinion, throughout the process manager told very obvious false statements to me multiple times and to the New Zealand government worker. And he yelled at my sweet girl friend so much for only asking a question that she cried. Please I urge you avoid this store at all costs. And if anyone winds up in a similar situation to me you could use this review as evidence of previous unethical behavior. DON’T LET THEM THREATEN TO CHAGRE YOU MORE IF YOU WON’T MAKE AN ILLEGAL PAYMENT.

Great service with friendly staff. Did a great job of upgrading my computer to a SSD from a HDD. Highly recommended.

We were traveling through the area and had our brand new iPhone lock us out. Apple customer service was just as useless as usual. Chris was able to use software to reset the phone and get us up and going again. Awesome customer service, great outcome, great staff. Thanks Chris!

Excellent service at very reasonable price. These guys just replaced the screen on my iPhone. Chris did a great job and the phone was back in operation in an hour. Perfect. He also fitted a super screen protector st my request and did not charge for the fitting. I highly recommend these guys. Will definitely use again.

Great Service! Would recommend these guys! They really know their stuff. When my laptop totally died on me, they managed to retrieve some of the info (my fault for never doing backups!) and they helped me choose the right laptop to suit my needs and budget!

Did not receive a great service unfortunately. I called to book in my laptop and was told to just bring it in one afternoon. When I came to drop it off the lady was rude to me asking what name the appointment was under and didn't understand that I was told to just bring it in. Then after picking it up after being fixed it kept doing the same thing and turning off when I pick it up so I took it back. They pretty much fobbed me off and quickly checked it and reassured me they had fixed it. So I'm not really sure what I paid for and the laptop is still turning off when I pick it up.

Chris cannot do enough to help! He sourced a new phone for me and when the original phone wasn't available he ordered the next phone up for no extra charge. When I went to pick it up he took the time to transfer everything over and did this all without any hassle which I really appreciated..
