★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really bad customer service. We ordered dishwasher at the end of July and we were meant to receive our order at the beginning of September but that didn't happen. Two weeks later we called the customer service and they said they were going to check up on that and call us back that day, that didn't happen either. At the end we received an email on the last day of the month ( 3 weeks after it was meant to be delivered) that it was on back order and would be delivered in the middle of October. We will definitely not shop there ever again.
***they didn't keep that promise either. It's the end of the month and our dishwasher is nowhere to be seen .. and there is no communication about it either unless we call and ask.. I have never experienced such a poor customer service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mate bought a phone which upon opening included no sim card. Mate went back to the store for a sim card but they said they had no others. Had to go to new world and buy one. Staff unhelpful but at least friendly.
