It’s my first time to visit a GP here in New Zealand and since this is the closest, I booked for this Medical Center. I thought the whole process was easy from enrolment to booking an appointment. I was impressed at first! It didn’t take that long actually everything was through email. On my appointment day, the receptionist then told me that I do not have file on their system and I have not yet enrolled will take 4 days. I showed her the email for confirmation of enrolment and appointment. She then said, I read it wrong. We had bit of arguments and miss understanding until she finally said I can take a seat and wait. I actually waited for like almost an hour. But good thing, when Dr. Ivy attended me, everything went so well and she’s very professional. All in all, it would have been a great experience if the reception is more organise and welcoming.

My family and I regularly book appointments here (every 3 months) for repeat prescriptions. The doctors and nurses are fantastic, but the receptionist is the worst. The issues started years ago when we first enrolled, such as ignoring emails and not picking up phone calls. But more recently, at the start of the year, a particular family member was told that their fees from a cancelled appointment (around Jan or Feb) was due. We had no idea how this happened because we only book appointments for repeat prescription so have no reason to miss an appointment. But of course, we didn't want to argue and paid. 3 months later, we came again and was told that ANOTHER fee was due, this time from a missed appointment in December 2020. Again, we have no reason to miss or cancel appointments for medication that we need, so where were these coming from? This has happened several times so it's tempting to switch back to our old GP.

Best Doctor ever, Especially Dr Vandana who has been our family Dr for years , our family are great full for him taking care of everyone. Staff are friendly and every other Drs and nurses there too, everyone is always feel welcome . Thank you Dr Vandana and all your staff. Very thankful .

Very hard to reach, no customer service at all. They don’t answer your calls. Even you call them from outside. Forgot to send prescriptions to pharmacy twice. When we needed medicine the most. I will change my GP. I won’t recommend to anyone.

Flatbush Medical Centre is a true example of exceptional quality healthcare. We had a family Medical emergency, even though we are registered with another clinic and we were unable to contact that clinic. When Dr Vandana from Flatbush Medical Centre came to know, I am unable to contact my GP who is from different clinic, she immediately called my GP to contact us, DR Vandana stayed in contact with us until we got call from our GP, Dr Vandana didn't even charge us any money, kept us calm and comfortable. We now decided to register ourselves with Flatbush Medical Centre. If anyone looking for GP who is passionate about healthcare, I recommend they should also register them as there GP at Flatbush Medical centre. GOD BLESS THEM AND THEIR FAMILY.

We are one of the first patients with this practice. One day I got call from one of doctors randomly how did it go with my specialist for 1 minute call and I did ask doctor should I pay for this call, he said No it’s just courtesy. Next visit to this centre receptionist ask me to pay for earlier consultation $25. I did explain everything said if the doctor ask me to pay I will please check with Doc first. She laid to me Doc is on holiday and she said I can’t check and pay $50 immediately and try to embarrass me in front of other patients. I remain said when Doc come back I will check and pay in my next visit then she said the truth that Doc left the practice . I ask her why she laid to me first she was so upset and started yelling. What kind of Medical centre is this. So ashamed my self I have been part of this practice for few years.I have been constantly getting txt every few months ask me to pay $25 . I have to ring and explain again again . I will highly recommend to everyone going to this practice keep all your receipts for few years otherwise they will harass with payment not made. I don’t know how to reach this management and I don’t wanna place the negative comments but i am getting my txt to pay $ with out any reason. It’s just $25 but I don’t want to be bullied . I move with same Doc left from here and explain this. If I owe I will pay but please don’t bully me again and again. It was great medical centre but receptionist and accounts needed attention. I am sorry I don’t wanna go back again with this kind of embarrassment.

I can't say enough good things about care and treatment at Flat Bush Medical Centre. My neighbor needed help due to Covid19 so I was involved in communication with Flatbush medical centre, Dr Vandana was amazing. Beyond that, everyone in the facility was wonderful, warm, and friendly. The team was so amazing and helped to keep everyone calm and comfortable. Flat Bush Medical Centre have the loveliest nurses and receptionist, and they never made us feel like we were bothering them when we needed some assistance or had questions. We would absolutely recommend getting registered and treatment here. The facility is top notch, plus lot of parking inside clinic, icing on the cake, they got onsite pharmacy and dental services also, Service and the staff are amazing.

My husband and I visited this surgery while on holiday my husband has Parkinson’s disease, He needed to see a doctor urgently we rung up the surgery I explained my husband situation to the lovely receptionist there who explained to me on what I should do. My husband arrived at the surgery and was greeted by a lovely smile and a wonderful people skilled receptionist she put us in the right direction we saw a lovely doctor and nurse. They gave my husband the attention that he needed. I recommend this surgery to anyone who has the patience to be patient due to COVID 19. Thanks you guys so much my darling husband is feeling much better and back to his normal self again we don’t know what we would have done without your guys support
