Waited nearly over an hour. The lady that did my scan was so rude. I got a call on my phone just walking to the room and she rudely interrupted me and said are you done yet when I just answered my phone. Through out the scan she was slamming the keyboard draws in & out also pressing the keyboard so hard like she was fighting with the keyboard. Rushing and pressed my stomach so hard I told her that it was too hard and sore, said oh well I need to get this done... then my daughter quietly asked me something then the lady rudely told her to be quiet and sit down.. I was that close to kickin her head in at that point. Your lucky I'm not naming and shaming you right now. You deserve a 0 and don't recommend to anyone.

Very unhappy with the service we received recently for a pregnancy Ultrasound. I called and asked if they offer 4D imaging which the lady said they did. I booked and then when I attended the appointment the specialist told my very rudely that they do not offer this service. I found the specialist to be very dismissive and rude. Would not go back again.

Attended twice now for pregnancy scans. Both good experiences, phone booking was fast, helpful, receptionist was polite. Sonographer was very polite & helpful.

Very bad experience. Went with my wife for her 20 week anatomy scan with no special requirements but even after having the document they first refused because the midwife didn't mention normal scan. Apparently they can't do any scan legally without notes which is bullocks because if the patient consents for a regular scan then there should be no reason for denying and if anything gets missed due to no specification then they have the document as proof anyway. OK this was just the first part, now during scan the sonographer had a very rude tone and she just didn't share any info whereas when we went to Auckland Radiology they always keep telling us showing different parts of baby and its movements. also, their process is so broken, as when they know that this particular scan takes an hour, then why did they make an appointment for 30 mins? She left the scan in the middle and asked us to come back after 2 weeks and that leaves both of us waiting for 2 weeks worrying. Its an experience and TRG didn't leave any strings to make it worse. Don't go there if you have an option as your experience will be ruined for sure.

To the staff at TRG Imaging, If I could give less than a one, I would. My wife went in during Covid level 3 (due to the restrictions, I could not go in to support her) and she was verbally abused and treated in a condescending and rude manner by a staff member by the name "Nicki" or something along those lines. I sent a complaint and a person named Chris responded saying it wouldn't happen again. We gave them the benefit of the doubt and rebooked to see them again the following week. My wife had gone in today and had not only been made to wait half an hour even after being told to fill her bladder (this seemed to be an issue last time) but the staff members, again in rude and condescending tones, tried to explain the situation to her. After all of the waiting and being rudely addressed, they told my wife that she didn't even need the scan. Not only have they been verbally abusive, behaved terribly and been unprofessionally petty (so it seems) but they wasted our time and money. Regardless of whether it is during a Covid lockdown, no one deserves to be treated this way. Shut your practice down. If you don't know how to train your staff or know how to identify toxic behaviors in your staff, you should not be operating in in an industry where people are their most vulnerable. This is not a "one-off instance", this seems to be the case with your staff member's lack of training and lack of understanding. A culture of indifference towards clients that has not been addressed. I will do my utmost best to take this further as this is unacceptable and, as I've seen in most reviews, this seems to be a theme. Pregnant women deserve better than the service you give them.

I had my ultrasound scan done today at the new TRG ormiston town branch and absolutely loved the service that I was given. The reception lady(Indian) was very lovely and the sonograper (Rose) was amazing and very thorough with her work. Explained me everything so well. I have been to other radiology before but I’d say this one is the best. Good car parking :) Thanks so much ?

I have had 4 scans at TRG Ormiston now and have found the staff to be lovely. Receptions included. If they haven't been able to get everything they need they don't rush it and instead will just book you in again for another scan at no cost. The girls try explain things as they go and teach us a little bit more each time. Have always left feeling very positive. Thank you ? ?

I had back & knees xrays. Staff and receptionist was excellent. I fixed my appointment on phone very encouraging she spoke to southern cross guys and got it sorted out for me. Joy was very professional. All the best.Keep up your professional work. Best wishes
