★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love Flex Fitness. Its not the biggest gym around but its always clean, its got a great vibe, the staff & members are all so friendly, courteous & polite & its open 24/7! I also love that you can use yr same key tag to swipe into other locations so when yr on holiday you dont have to stop working out! I really enjoy the classes too especially pump.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love the aesthetic and equipment but was let down by the bathroom, no plugs for hair dryer, which was what I was expecting, coming from the Rotorua Flex which provide both a hairdryer, straightener and mini plug in heater for cold day in all of their bathrooms.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been a member here for well over a year an love it. toilets are always clean an fresh smelling, staff are amazing an always smiling an saying hello.
Gyms generally pretty tidy other than a few members who dont know how to put weights away, staff can only remind them an have so many signs up to re rack your weights when your done.
Weights are easy to find an easily accessible.
Overall love this gym an atmosphere an dont plan on changing anytime soon?

My membership was on hold and I talk with staff about hold, they told me that they would put my membership on hold until I’m not giving them my medical certificate, but still they have took some money from my account and stated : “it is pre set”, and did not refund me, however, I had close my membership forever and not gonna sign up again with this gym.
You guy be careful about this thing, in other had, they have good equipments for workout, however they does not have decline bench.
