It's an office building, it is air conditioned and has a cool modern look including internal glass windows in cool colours. The people there are nice... but nothing is sold on site - the building on Carlton Gore Rd is a call centre Google. I am disappointed, Google, that you are asking me as if this were a restaurant or shopping mall.

Be prepared for long waits when you call and substandard customer service when they do get around to answering the phone. Same goes for email correspondence, don't expect a quick answer, days between answers so give yourself a couple weeks to get anything done, if anything gets done at all... Talked to 4 different people and only one was worthwhile talking to, that being said, still not very pleasant. No one seems to want to be there or give you the time of day. Rude and uncaring is the best description. Worst customer service I've ever experienced applying for anything. Would never recommend any service from this provider to anyone and would never consider it again myself. Save yourself the hassle and figure out another method because this just isn't a good option, plain and simple.

Confusing terms, rude staff and extremely poor service. Worst of all, you get over an hour of wait times no matter what time you call them. Absolute shambles!!!

Disappointing.... As an old and new happy customer to Qcard, I just find something weird today. The Qcard team didnt convince me with their response at all. I have been in the process of purchasing ducting heat pump. The company NZ HP just advertised in their website using qcard interest free. However, when I asked to use my Qcard they send me a new quotation with 10-15% extra. When I asked for the reason, they said this is the money we need to pay Qcard or Qcard will charge them, and so they charged me for that. It is completely unfair as I never ever had such an experience with GEM Visa card. Hope I can have a clear clarification on this, what is the benefit using Qcard, as you can get finance from the bank with much less than this interest charged by the companies. Thank you.

Absolutely appalling. My bank did a credit check and asked me if I had a QCard (even sent me the credit report). I do not have a QCard. I called Flexi Card to ask them about this credit application and apparently they have no information. The addresses dont match, blah blah. I said "I am looking at the credit report and your company processed an application on 24/03/2020, a day before lockdown! Why would I be applying for a QCard a day before lockdown! But whats really infuriating is the "we cant find any information". Clearly you guys ran a credit check and issued something. So potential fraud? To which I get a response "yeah maybe, but our finance team will look at it and come back to you in 5-10 business days". Can i speak with them? No - they dont take calls or have an email address I can contact them on. You people are disgusting and unhelpful. I would NEVER get a QCard or recommend one. Or this company for that matter! Pathetic

Charged me $70 a week interest for a $4,000 Q card balance. Website says the interest rate is 25.99% p.a but 52(weeks in a year)*$70 is $3640 and I am fairly confident that is more than 25.99% of the $4,000 balance. Paid the balanace of early and they tried to charge me an extra $25 for doing so. Lying, deceitful and predatory. Even more so than most loan sharks. Would rather throw my money on a fire or have bailiffs come take all I have than ever pay these guys another cent.

Your contact centre is a Joke!.. over an hour on wait and it disconnects me. You're holding my valid credit that shows on the app and doesn't allow me to use it. Pathetic is an uderstatement..

If I could give 0 stars I would. I have made a call to your customers services team and I have paid the account fully, and have confirmed with them MULTIPLE times that the card was going to be closed and that they had assured me that this was going to happen. This isn't the first time I've asked for the card to be closed. I never use it and you keep sending me bills of $24.79 EVEN THOUGH the card is supposedly closed and I have not used it AT ALL. Please shut my account down, I am not paying these fees when I have been told multiple times that the card is closed and that my account is closed and that I will not be charged EVER AGAIN. You have since sent me two letters since I've had my last phone call. Please ACTUALLY cancel my card this is beyond a joke. I hope to hear back from you ASAP promising you will fix this and close my account with a 0 balance as I did 5 months ago. I will not be calling your customer services number it took a lot of my valuable time and I repeatedly wasted my time by being given false assurances and promises.
