★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am not happy at all and will not be using flick Anticimex again. I do not recommend using flick as they have stuffed around my parents parcel and also mine. I have been waiting since the start of February for my parcel, it has now been 3 months, and in a few weeks it’s 4 months. My parcel is no use to me now but cost me over a couple of hundred dollars which now I’ve lost. I’ve spoken to a worker at flick who was no help then emailed the manager and still no help at all.. they just sent details on covid 19 and blamed that. But the thing is it wasn’t lockdown when my order should of been shipped to me. I am super angry.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Didn't turn up at booked time (same thing happened last year but thought it was a one-off). Didn't contact us had to phone various numbers to get someone to even answer the phone only to be told they were double booked and could maybe do it 1 1?/2 hours later. If you don't want to be left hanging round only for no-one to show up avoid this company like the plague!@
