★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We used Rachel Sullivan from Mairangi Bay for a family holiday we had in Jan 2020. We travelled to Hawaii, LA, Vegas, 3 cities in Italy & Singapore. Rachel was incredibly friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and went the extra mile for us. Nothing was ever a problem and no question was too silly to ask. Rachel booked flights, accommodation in LA, and trains throughout Italy and everything went smoothly while we were away. Very grateful for all her help throughout our months of planning beforehand too.
Can’t recommend her highly enough.
