★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mark is very unreliable and gives a time frame he does not keep to. I am still waiting for a second ring 8 months after placing the order. This is despite him saying several times that the October 2019 date requested was still on target at the beginning of October. Because I have not hassled him hard enough he blames me for 'being too nice'. I would never recommend his services to anyone. He lies straight to your face and this is extremely unprofessional. To top it all off when I finally got the ring it's not the design he drew the sketch of for me. Totally different and now useless.
