★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Due to the cancellation of my flights (from a different, and very impersonal online platform) I needed to urgently purchase new tickets from Europe to NZ. Flight Centre was the solution to my problem. I had the pleasure of being put through to Lisa Vooght, who not only managed to provide me with a range of flights, but also called directly from NZ to Europe, which sped up the process immensely. She was super helpful, incredibly kind, and very professional. I highly recommend her, and will definitely be using her services in the future!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lisa Vooght has been dealing with the aftermath of our cancelled trip due to COVID-19 and she has been amazing. Excellent communication as to where she was at with the refund process - very responsive to our emails and questions. I feel like Lisa went above and beyond to make sure we got everything we could back at a time when she was extremely busy. Lisa has made a very stressful time for us much more bearable. Thanks heaps Lisa!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ From day dot my experience in dealing with Lisa Vooght from Flight Centre New Plymouth has been nothing short of incredible, her ability to share the stress experienced through several flight changes due to COVID made it so much easier knowing I had someone there to call HELP ! her communication and being informative through the process keeping me up to date and issuing so many ticket changes with a smile was just impeccable, I don't know how you keep doing it with a smile , so much compassion and poise through all the stress Lisa but keep doing it, You're great at it, I now take comfort knowing I have my own Lisa I can trust to call on for all my future travel needs !! :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have had numerous dealings with Lisa Vooght in the past week in relation to cancellation of flights. I have found her very prompt, professional and empathic to our situation. Lisa notified us of the cancellation before we even reached out to contact her. It has been something on my mind for a while but had not done anything about it. It was awesome to have Lisa be so proactive in her approach and it was a relief (one less thing I had to worry about). Lisa's communication was friendly and she undoubtedly has a high level of people skills and resourcefulness. I would recommend her to friends, family and work collogues. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lisa did a great job of sorting my travel to Slovakia. Unfortunately, this was cancelled due to COVID 19. I can't begin to imagine the huge task she had with arranging refunds. She kept me up to date with what was happening, and was professional yet personable. I have since received my refund - thank you Lisa for all your amazing help!!

In what has and continues to be a very challenging and uncertain time, Lisa Vooght has been invaluable and has worked tirelessly to obtain credit and refunds on our behalf. Through both the highs of planning what was to be our big European adventure, and the lows of cancellations and rescheduling; Lisa has remained prompt with communication both via phone and email; and is always forthcoming with support, advice and guidance whilst remaining her bubbly, friendly self that made working with her such a pleasure. We have recommended her to friends who I know have also found Lisa very helpful. During covid-19 we have had to cancel bookings, change bookings and book new flights. Lisa always kept us up to date with what was happening and organised a refund for us which was great. Lisa is very easy to talk to and does her best to find the right deal for you. We will definitely use Lisa again.
