Worst Travel Agent to deal with ever! Staff and owner are extremely rude and their attitudes towards customers are atrocious! Will never use again.

Each trip we take, they suggest an activity or side trip that I would not have considered and I have learned from experience to just say yes - they know their stuff! The HOT team take the stress out of travel and always go the extra mile to ensure that your trip is smooth and relaxing. I can't recommend them enough.

When I wanted to return early and was exploring various options of how I might do that, Tracey research the options for me and gave very wise advise.
