A place you can find the holiday package. Just be aware that the promotions usually based on two adults and two children. So if only a couple the price will be a bit up.

I wouldn't bother using an agent from this agency again. They were slow to give me my ticket, did not ask me about any of the food options which led to me awkwardly having to ask for them on the flight, and they further failed to tell me what documents I would need due to COVID.

The most recent experience was more pleasant, the person attending to me was friendly and helpful while being efficient. The fact that flying is horrendously expensive these days is not their fault, I guess :-)

Don't recommend flight centre to book your flights. Booked my flights to Finland in Wellington office with Karen and booking normal tickets went fine. Then we wanted to upgrade my flight to business class because I'm flying with an infant and she told me there's no option on that day. So we booked for another date and payed 5000$ extra for the ticket. Then we found out it's over night in LAX which I'm not willing to do alone with my baby and all the luggage. then she suggested air couch and told me that it's for the whole flight to Finland. Great! After that i found out 5 days before my flight it's only half of the trip because Finnair doesn't have such thing! Fligh centre hasn't taken any responsibility of their mistake!! Why would I be willing to pay 5000$ for business class just to change it to a sky couch only for half of my trip?!?!

As a young man who has never travelled outside of New Zealand, yet alone Europe (the other side of the world) I thought booking my trip with a travel agent would put my mind at ease. To be honest it has been quite the opposite of that. First of all we turned up at the hotel and was told by yourselves our boat tickets would be waiting for our next destination (Mykonos). They were not there. Due to this we had set an alarm for 3am in order to contact yourselves because of the time difference. During this period we were passed from one person to another so nothing was consistent. That being said we were booked onto a flight, meaning we made it to Mykonos as planned, we know these things happen, tickets can be lost. We were just happy to make it. After getting up at 3am and staying up for the early flight we arrived at our hotel that we booked through yourselves, exhausted. Nobody was around and the place was empty, luckily the hotel manager spotted us and informed us that the hotel wasn’t actually open until the next day and we would have to find alternate accommodation. Luckily the manager was extremely kind and sorted this for us but told us everyone (yourselves) had been informed or the late opening. We returned to our original hotel the next day, exhausted after having to repack and move again to find our next set of boat tickets, to Santorini were also no where to be seen. The hotel manager informed us that usually tickets arrive days, even weeks before arrival, especially since I booked this trip in December. The stress started again. We contacted yourselves and again staying up late due to the time difference were passed from person to person. We had already previously asked the times of our boats and for etickets and were denied this information. Finally we were told the time of the boat would be 12:50. Following that we had them emailed to us, by a different person. Why couldn’t this have been done all along after we asked? To make things worse we went out for our final night and double checked the tickets and the boat is infact at 9:50, not 12:50 like we were originally told. So again we will be exhausted. I am not one to complain but quite honestly this has been one thing after another and caused so much unnecessary stress to myself and my girlfriend and quite frankly ruined our time in Greece as we haven’t been able to fully relax. Due to the situation being handled by around 6 different people there has been miscommunication and nobody has been apologetic for the multiple mistakes being made. In the future I will book my trips myself to avoid this stress and disappointment.
