Chloe was efficient and made it very easy and it felt so good knowing that if anything went wrong I could get in touch with them. Also loved the cute welcome home post card timed perfectly on my arrival home. These ladies are experts at what they do and are passionate about you having the best experience possible.
With this unpredictable Covid world we are living in they couldn't be more valuable when it comes to any future travel plans.

She gave me all the information and sources available and was always ready to help if anything new popped up - which was pretty often with Covid. Thank you!

She is very knowledgeable, is always willing to answer questions - and, if necessary, to find out those answers - and is unfailingly professional in every aspect of her work. She goes out of her way to accommodate the wish of everyone who uses her services and, if there is a problem or concern she will 'move mountains' in order to find a solution. Anyone can book, or discuss, travel options with Petra and know they can do so with utter confidence. I do not know of anyone who has every availed themselves of Petra's services to be disappointed.

I had to change one of my flights when I returned to NZ and even though we were in lockdown Petra was very attentive to my emails and helped me and my partner to go back home safely. I have booked my trips with House of Travel for the last few years with both Chloe and Petra and they have always provided a high quality service, they are so friendly and professional. I am really happy that they didn't close down, I would highly recommend House of Travel!

With the help of Petra I have successfully had 1 amazing trip to the UK and now a permanent move here during a crazy time in history. I can't thank or recommend Petra and her team enough. They really put in the hard yards to help you get the prices, routes and dates you're looking for. When the flights were cancelled, I did not have to call or email anyone about the refund or getting a credit. Chloe took care of everything. And now when I was flying to India, she gave me all the information and documents needed for me to fly. She has made traveling a lot smoother. I would highly recommend booking tickets through HoT Hunter Street and you will not regret it. I would definitely be booking my future travels with her because she makes it stress-free.
