Their creativity and an ability to grasp our vision quickly coupled with transparent pricing structures and confidence to deliver on time and on scope was what separated them from other agencies. Going into this, we knew it would be a large, complex project and there's always the worry that an agency will promise the world and then fail on delivery. They picked up our existing website and worked closely with us to get the most out of it for our increasing number of users. With different show line ups in different locations, it had been running fairly slow, but we thought it was because our website image heavy and that's the best we could get. The Flight team worked hard to find workable solutions behind the scenes to streamline the user journey, and they cracked it. This is critical in our business as we need potential audience to find the show they are after, but also discover new artists. We were really impressed about the job Flight Digital did and how our website is running.
